520 E. Sixth Street, future home of Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group’s new concept

Stream Realty Partners announces Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group has signed a lease at Old 6th, joining the ongoing transformation of one of Austin's most historic streets. The award-winning Texas-based hospitality group will open a new restaurant at 520 E. Sixth Street in fall 2027.

Led by partners Kevin Fink, Tavel Bristol-Joseph, Alicynn Fink and Rand Egbert, Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group is behind a collection of culinary concepts across Austin and San Antonio, including Hestia, Canje, Kalimotxo and Ezov in Austin, and Ladino, Henbit and Pullman Market in San Antonio.
